Afterbreaking off a glow plug I thought I was in big trouble. Saw this kit and figured I would give it a try. So I presoaked the unit with PB blaster, took a breather (just too frustrated to do that day) and ordered this tool. Guide was helpfull to prevent me from drilling into head. Next inserting the extraction tool along with the guide was also a nice tool so I did not damage the head. It was a sucess. Just be careful and take your time.. Excellent addition to your tool box.

The 2.5mm drill bits are not meant to drill into the steel casing. Ordered cobalt 40Gauge aircraft drill bit from mcmaster to try and extract it. Be aware 40 ga is 0.0980 vs 2.5mm is 0.0985 so tapping will be more challenging.
