Quick Install
Start the installation process by locating and removing the factory intake manifold bolt, located in the center-front position, using a 10mm socket wrench.
Thread in the Sensor
Wrap Teflon tape around the boost line adapter or pressure sensor and thread into the boost bolt. Tighten using an 11mm and 16mm wrench for the boost line adapter, or a 16mm and 22mm wrench for the pressure sensor.
Thread Assembly Into the Intake Manifold
Thread the boost bolt assembly into the intake manifold and tighten to 17 foot pounds using a 16mm wrench.
Route the Boost Line
Route the boost line through the firewall and up to the gauge. Secure using zip ties.

Came in nice packaging and very professional instructions. Was very pleased. Mine actually snapped in half while installing it because I over tightened it trying to get it to the same torque as the other bolts but seemed like a very good product. just don’t over tighten or try to get that one extra hair turn after snugging it, it will snap in half.

Great product. The threads weren't finished the whole way up. 8-1.25 die to chase the good thread and then finish threading it another 1". Machine error in production and not being caught prior to shipping. Used on 2000 Chevy K2500 with a 6.5

It's not included in the triple gauge kit, but it's a very nice thing to have to avoid removing the intake and drilling/tapping for the boost line. Don't forget to get the drill/tap kit for the pyrometer if you don't have them already, and get fuse extenders for the electrical. 5-10 packs of the extenders are available for way less from competitors vs. Glow Shift's supplier with fast shipping vs. waiting days or weeks in my case.

remove your rear intake cover bolt and replace it with this, then install your boost pressure reader for direct motors boost pressure monitoring. unit is strong, made from good materials. threads look good. it was an easy install. zero issues. highly recomendded.

Worked great! Did exactly as advertised, and was easy to install. Make sure you have access to a torque wrench. So much better than drilling and tapping a new hole

works good and saves you from having to drill and tap your intake plenum for a boost gauge
