It is commonly used for water transfer, trash pumps, irrigation, and septic/waste applications. This hose is designed to be attached to the suction side of a pump and has a vacuum rating of 28inHg. This hose has a 2" inside diameter. It has an aluminum 2" male cam and groove fitting (Type E) installed on one side and an aluminum 2" female cam and groove fitting (Type C) installed on the other side. This hose has a max working pressure of 65 PSI at 68 degrees Fahrenheit and a service temperature range of -14 Degrees Fahrenheit to 150 degrees Fahrenheit.

The hoses are not like the heavy duty 2inch green hoses. These are a lot softer and do kink if bent or pulled, while manipulating the hoses.Overall, does the job but have to be alert as to not to kink it shut.

This is really heavy duty hose. Heavier that I would like but it does the job of filling our water tank.
