- Traditional wax seals have been around for centuries. Historically wax seal sticks were used to add a layer of authenticity to a document or prevent tampering with an envelope.
- The modern flexible sealing wax is made from the same ingredients as traditional with resin added，they are more flexible than traditional wax, not easy to be broken. These wax sticks are super easy to use in the wax glue gun, melt easily and dry quickly and don't need to worry about soot.
- You can use wax seal stick for wedding invitations, Christmas letters, thank you cards, place cards, wedding favors, seating charts, snail mails, wine bottle decorations and many DIY projects.
Easy To Use
- Insert the sealing wax sticks into the glue gun or put it in a small spoon to heat up.
- Release the desired amount of wax onto the surface/item ready to seal
- Place your stamp on the melted wax
- Remove the stamp after the wax has completely cooled down

How to create a clean and crisp wax seal without bubbles and dark lines?
- Low temperature - Unplug the glue gun and let it cool for a while. Once the wax becomes thicker (rather than running liquid), you can work from there! so you can get a beautiful wax seal each time!
- Practice - Our suggestion is to practice on a baking sheet until you are confident to pour the wax into the envelope directly. Or you can pre-make all the seals and stick them with double-sided tape.

I’m now sold on this method of wax stamp sealing. I had never tried to wax seal before. I ordered 3 different wax melting/application types to see which worked best. I tried them all - pellets for melting pot, candle style with lighting wick and this type, colored glue gun sticks. The pellets and candle style were a mess; hard to control the application and the candle style was hard to get enough wax on the paper and keep it warm enough to stamp. None of these were issues with this glue gun style. It was a breeze to use as well as fast and beautiful. I used a red color and it was lovely. I sealed and stamped 40 invitations in a few minutes with only 2 1/2 of these glue gun sticks. I don’t know how the reusing of my glue gun will be with the red glue residue still in the gun but as successful as this was, I’m willing to see or even buy another gun for clear glue projects. I highly recommend this method and glue for wax stamp sealing.

I used this wax thru my glue gun to seal envelopes for my daughter’s wedding and it worked well. I did a couple trial drops by once I got the hang of it, it was amazing. I didn’t need as much as I ordered but I kept the extra to use again because I thought it was so much fun and cool to do.

I recently joined a letter based LARP where handwritten notes are sent to other players to further the plot along. I wanted to make sure my letters stood out so I purchased these wax sticks. They worked exactly as I had hoped giving a nice wax seal to my letters that I could then press a stamp into leaving an impression in the wax. I had no issues with the wax sticking to my metal wax stamper at all and will get these again in the future!
