Considering it comes pre-installed with Win 11 Pro, is very easy to set up, very compact, and quiet most of the time, I give it five stars. If I have one complaint, yes, the fan does kick on for a few seconds here and there and if placed nearby (it's so compact it's easy to do that), you will notice it. But that's nitpicking. Recommend if you need to go from Win 10 to Win 11 and just need a snappy functioning PC, not a workhorse for gaming, professional content, etc.

I like the price and the functionality. Good bang for the buck. I added LibreOffice and now I have a nice little station for the family room.

Been installed for a about a month as of this review. Been using my old Win10 tower for a few years. A little slow by today's standards but still acceptable. Decided to upgrade due to the Win10 support issue. Didn't want to spend a lot. At around $340 this was a perfect choice for me along with a compatible KVM (another $65). Back to the PC. Installation was a breeze. Love the small footprint. I had a coupla apps on the old tower that I didn't want to update plus, normally I never get on to the internet with it so if for any reason the new PC fails I still have connectivity with a push of a button.

This mini PC has state of the art components in it; and is very fast. I did not give it the 5th star; because the USB sound device is putting out an intermittent distortion. To get around that issue; I shut down usb sound driver. Now I use "digital display audio" through HDMI cable for the "not so great speakers" built-in on my monitor. I downloaded from Microsoft store "FXsound" app to improve sound off monitor speakers. I did some troubleshooting, the USB audio is faulty (3.5mm jack); still using "HDMI audio" and monitor built-in speakers. This miniPC still only gets 4 stars; usb audio (using 3.5mm jack on the back) has distortion on playback through pair of PC speakers. If I did not have speakers inside my monitor getting sound through HDMI - this unit would have returned or exchanged.

I like the small size freeing up desk space. Was the easiest computer to setup and get running, I have owned. It has everything I needed for home use. It comes with a mounting bracket that lets you mount it anywhere you want. I mounted mine on the side of my desk. I had to buy a usb hub for everything I have running on the computer. It has 4 usb ports. It comes with a hdmi cable. I connected the computer to a 32inch TV I was not using.

Fan is loud. Emailed seller/ manufacturer about the issue. No response. Will update review once a response/remedy is received.

This pc is by far the best mini pc that I have purchased. It functions just as advertised. It is extremely fast and ultra quiet. My next pc will definitely be bought from GMKtec.

Excellent product and great price. I was impressed with the quality of the build, memory, and m.2 ssd. Customer service is also impressive, fast response and eager to satisfy. I will definitely deal with this seller in the future.

J'ai acheté ce PC pour remplacer une ancienne tour. Il est beaucoup plus performant et libère de l'espace à mon bureau. L'installation fut un charme. Je suis très fier de mon achat.
