The pan is just the right size and shape and it baked evenly. But… when I went to wash it, despite being cautious, I cut my finger on the very sharp edges! You really do have toget into the grooves to clean this thing and I can discern no function to these sharp edges, so the sharpness seems like an unnecessary hazard. Buy (and use!) with caution!
