This pan is very functional--makes wonderful mini-madeleines that are almost perfect--spongy, delicate, comes off in one piece easily thanks to the nonstick coating, heats evenly, etc. My only complaint is that the shell-surface is too brown, instead of that nice yellow-golden appearance. This seems to be a problem with nonstick pans in general. Other than this, excellent pan.

This is a good review/bad review in one. The pan is just as I expected and it looks like decent quality. However, it was slapped in a plastic mailer and shipped so…it arrived bent and out of shape which would not allow for properly shaped madeleines. I was able to gently reshape and level the pan but at $27 this should NOT happen!!! Hopefully, it will work.

I bought this for a gift and we immediately made a batch. I would recommend buying two pans because this is so inefficient. Easy to clean, good quality, bakes evenly. The madeleines were adorable.
