I’m no avid photographer but this little flash is exactly what I was hoping for to add to my accessory bag. The build quality is solid, it’s relatively lightweight and it’s not noticeably huge/awkward like other, more expensive flashes. It doesn’t seem cheaply made considering its price point and it looks good on my camera too. I can’t say much on battery life (or consumption as it runs on 2 AAA batteries) but I’ve shot around 3,000 clicks so far and it hasn’t died yet. As a beginner in flash photography, it didn’t take long to figure out how to work it, I’d say it’s pretty much plug and play after you adjust your shutter speed and aperture. All in all, it does everything the description says it does. I’ll definitely be grabbing a second one if I were to need a replacement.

Bought this flash mainly because of the aesthetic, I want to pair it with my Olympus om10 and em10iv so the appearance of this flash is perfect.Flash is decent bright, came with a diffusor so that's a plus. Recharging time is okay, on lower power it recharges almost instantly, on full it's about a 2-3 second delays.Now, if I wasn't looking for a good looking flash, I would've gone for the lightpix labs FlashQ Q20II. It's about 20 bucks more but it came with a wireless transmitter.Overall great flash but lackluster functions.

I really love this flash, it provides high quality photos and is easy to use. If you’re looking for a flash for your Sony zv1 I highly recommend this one! I also attached a photo that I took with this flash.I do wish we could charge the flash rather than having to buy AAA batteries for it.And I will say if you’re looking for something small to fit in a fanny pack sized purse it will be hard to do that. This flash is smaller compared to others but is still too big to fit in small purses overall 9/10 flash!

Godox has produced another good quality flash unit.A relatively small but surprisingly powerful flash that looks very retro cool.Comes with handy diffuser (works well) & carry case.Main thing to be aware of, it lays flat and only points forward when mounted on hotshoe (no tilt) so, lighting direction is what it is.3A batteries work fine but, carry extras.Has become part of my everyday camera bag (small easy to use & powerful enough).Would definitely recommend.

I got this for travel purposes to use with my Sony ZV1 M2. This is a very practical, retro-stylish, lightweight flash that is very suitable for travel photography. Comes with a diffuser to soften the light and serves the purpose up to 10 ft from the subject. Controls are intuitive and easy to use. Wish it came with a rechargeable battery rather than the 2 AAA batteries which you will have to replace often. Carry spare batteries.

Malgré ses fonctionnalités en retrait par rapport à d’autres flashs dans la même gamme de prix, ce Godox permet de rapidement avoir un look rétro en terme de photographie. N’ayant pas la possibilité de communiquer avec l’appareil, il est préférable de photographier en manuel ! Avec sa légèreté et sa compacité, il peut être pris facilement dans un sac photo pour dépanner. Son design rétro se marie parfaitement avec mon Nikon Z f

Un autentico "ritorno all' infanzia", sia nell' utilizzo manuale col buon vecchio calcolatore circolare di esposizione (ce l'avevo da bambino anche sul flash a lampadine intercambiabili...) che nell'uso "automatico" che mi ha riportato ai gloriosi anni della Zenith.In poche parole: PERFETTO. Di estetica gradevole, che non guasta, semplicissimo nei comandi, ben corrispondente alla tabella di esposizione in modalità manuale, e NON NE SBAGLIA UNA in modalità automatica. Soprattutto, non si lascia "fregare" da soggetti troppo chiari o troppo scuri - se proprio vogliamo fare i sofisticati tira un terzo di stop al sottesposto, ma per i ritratti è solo un bene.ATTENZIONE AL DIFFUSOREMi è arrivato insieme al flash, come gentile regalo, un suo piccolo diffusore, il classico coperchietto bianco da incastrare davanti. Serve pochissimo in modalità manuale, date le minuscole dimensioni, in compenso blocca completamente la modalità automatica, il flash emette solo un debolissimo lampo a1/64 di potenza se va bene. Grazie Godox, ma ci faccio la birra, come si dice.
