Okay.. first of all.. this thing lasted a whole wedding and then some! I was shooting with a Sony flash that used AA batteries. Nope. Nope nope nope. Upgrade, and get a second battery. Sooo worth it!

I may not need this right now, but I got it because it’s important to have a backup battery just in case. The longer I own the V1 Pro, the more the battery will age and take less of a charge. Having this will provide me with the peace of mind knowing that if my flash runs out of battery, I’ll have second battery ready to go.

The ability to charge the battery directly is such a huge improvement. It makes the entire system that much better.

I put this on the battery because amazon will no longer let me review the flash. The V1 lasted just over 1 year and now it will no longer fire reliably.
