Bought it because I needed a sixth chair, it flipped over into a ladder, and the color matches my other chairs. The price point was around what I wanted to spend. Assembly took some patience and time, but it wasn’t difficult. There are a lot of parts. Suggest using a longer Allen wrench than the one provided during assembly. It made it a lot easier. The locks on the side keep the chair stable. That was also a reason why I purchased this chair. So far, so good.

Cute chair and great idea. Can be difficult to get the steps in correct place causing instability. Has hooks to keep chair together but should have one when in the stairs position also to lock in place

First the good. This is a sturdy convertible ladder, and gives a nice place to perch when you aren't standing on it. It's also quite attractive.I do have two issues. 1) while there are catches to secure it in chair mode, there are no equivalent catches to secure the ladder, so the top can fold back on you if you are holding on to the top rail. 2) they sent matching braces rather than mirrored ones, so my husband had to reverse one when putting it together. It works, but you notice if you look closely.

It does what it says in the tin: it is in fact a chair that turns into a ladder.However, the parts arrived chipped, with the (burgundy) dye fading in multiple places, and it took me about 2 hours to fully assemble. The instructions were good - the issue was mislabeling of two parts and a very flimsy Allen wrench.

I like this multifunctional ladder stool. Firstly, it is made of all natural bamboo and has excellent quality, making it comfortable to sit on. Secondly, it can be instantly converted into a ladder. Thirdly, it is sturdy. When sitting on the stool, there is a fixed lock on the side, which is very safe! Fourthly, the bottom of the ladder chair has anti slip foot pads, which are quiet and protect the floor, and are worth recommending!
