Not only is this beautiful, it is heavy-duty and made very well!I bought this for an 11-1/2" metal, round disk with an image on it, it looked as though it was designed for it. Perfect fit!I got the gold, I was hoping that it wouldn't be a tacky, cheap looking gold, and, luckily, it was not. It is not glossy at all, it's semi-at best.More like an antique gold, but not tarnished.I love it, get it, they are worth it!

I had a deep, divided Lenox plate I wanted to display, but it tipped forward in traditional plate stands. This one works perfectly, holding it upright and sturdy, even tho it itself is pretty lightweight. Gold scrolls fit perfectly with the gold finish on the dish too.

I got a really aesthetically pleasing Lego set, Lego Item #21333 , Vincent van Gogh - The Starry Night, as a gift from my most favoured Uncle over the last Christmas Holiday, and I have been agonizing over how to properly display it ever since. This item was the solution to my problem, it { along with the Lego set help up by it } is currently on the dark-wood mantle-piece that stands above the iron-stove in our family estates wizened and cozy living-room! I am so glad I got it, and my most favoured Uncle & Aunt both admired the display on a recent visit.

This stand is cheaply made and too lightweight given it's size, as it should be able to accommodate a decent-sized picture frame which would also have some weight. So for those reasons, it's an ill-advised purchase.The company wanted $13 to return this $18 product, so there isn't much point in sending it back. I'll avoid this company in the future.
