We purchased the WEWE soap dispenser in matte gray to go along with the matching WEWE faucet. The main reason I purchased this was to fill the hole in our sink leftover from the old faucet's sprayer hose assembly. However, once we started using we like how we no longer have to keep a bottle of dish soap out near the sink or have to keep putting it up when we are finished using it.The dispenser was easy to install and filling it is just as easy. Pull the pump nozzle straight up, fill with your choice of soap, and reinsert the pump. It also feels solid and well made. It works well and we now wished we would have had this sooner. The soap dispenser solved our problem of the hole in our sink from the old faucet, plus it makes the area around our kitchen sink less cluttered.

This was a replacement for the in sink pump that was builder grade and has been a perfect fit. It operates as expected and was easy to install.

For the most part, I'm happy with the dispenser. However, the sleeve does not do work well for thick countertops.I have 1-1/2" butcher block countertops with undermount sink and the sleeve was barely long enough to stick through the counter's underside. It was so short that I was initially unable to screw the lower collar onto the sleeve's threads.The only way I was able to get the bottom collar to grab the sleeve threads and securely lock down the dispenser was to remove/eliminate the underside rubber washer.It's not an ideal solution, but the kit did include an upper washer too so I'm not too worried about any water damage from the underside.If the manufacturer added a 1/2" length to the sleeve and threads the installation would have been a snap and I would have given it a 5-star rating.

Easy to install under the counter and conveniently fills from the topside of the counter. I love that the soap doesn't have to sit on the counter anymore and that it doesn't splash when it's dispensed.
