I just received and installed this on my front door. However, I was initially unable to shut my door. I found out the hinges were slightly thicker. I was able to fix it by sanding down my door trim. It's a good thing I had all the needed materials. Even though it works, my door seems to close a bit too slow. This even after I adjusted the hinge notches to the maximum setting. I'll be keeping a close eye on these hinges. I hope I won't be forced to return the product.

Living in South Florida, I was needing hinges for exterior doors that are self closing, heavy duty, don't rust and matte black. These hinges fit all above and exceeded my expectations. Handyman installed and they've held up to the salt air and wet climate. After months they still look and work as new. I expect them to last for years. Arrived in good time, all hinges were identical and packed well. A perfect purchase.
