I have ADD and the page format works well for me. The book is well made, sturdy, and has a sensible elastic band attached that helps open the book to the page one is currently on. Three boxes at the top of the page allow you to place your top three priorities for the day and under those boxes the page is divided into two columns, in the left, an hour by hour schedule space, on the right a to-do list; then, on the bottom, a box for notes and a box for checking off water-consunption for the day. I am enjoying using it each day!

This is a great inexpensive planner. I use 2 sheets per week and have several columns for different types of to dos.

Decent size - slightly bigger than average women's handLines are good size to write. (going to use erasable pens)Website should be first line item but it's not...Stickers are geared more for a calendar or planner....not many that fit for a password book.Plan to use stick on tabs and divide book into sections for family member to use.
