Directions for Use
Step 1.Remove mats and tangles with 9 teeth side(Dematting Side)
Examine the coat and look for tangles. Break out the mat carefully and brush it out with the tool. Always comb in the direction of the hair growth.
Step 2.Deshed and get rid of loose hair with 17 teeth side(Deshedding Side)
Start with the lower density teeth side of the comb for stubborn mats and tangles at the outer edge of the coat and work inward to break apart the mats.Finish with the higher density teeth side for faster results and deshedding.
Step 3.Use time and frequency
Recommend 15 mins sessions using Gonicc Deshedding tool for 2 to 3 times a week. You may need to use it most frequently during heavy shedding periods.

I've tried so many different brushes on my cats and this is the first one I would say absolutely works. My cats aren't long haired, but they shed a lot and have different textured fur between the both of them that gets everywhere and on everything.One of the cats looked like he was getting matted and I was very concerned about it so I bought this on a whim. It not only gently detangled and combed out the mats, but got out so much underlying fur that I could barely handle it all! I kept combing and combing and it was practically never ending.I spent a good 20 minutes combing one cat before moving onto the next. I kept combing one area until no more fur came up. No more mats and their fur looks so much better now!The cats liked it too, I could hardly get them to sit still and they were both all over me wanting to get a turn while I was trying to handle one cat at a time. It didn't cause them any pain and they purred like crazy the whole time. The brush was also very easy to clean and get fur out of. It's always been a big problem with previous combs and brushes that I couldn't get the fur out of them and it was very annoying to use them in the future. Highly recommend!

I have a long haired cat and nothing has worked as well as this for getting out tangled fur mats and taking excess hair off in general. My cat actually would come back to have me brush her longer, which has never happened in the past with any other product I have used! Her fur is so much silkier afterwards. Fur does go flying everywhere so have a vacuum handy!! Highly recommend this product.

The brush is a great tool for removing loose hair and reducing shedding. First brush, this thing pulls out a lot of hair, but if you run it over a clump of matted hair, it won't pull it apart. I also found that while I respect this company for saving the world from a little more plastic, cat hair is hard to get out of a hole in the brush. It really never comes out. Static cling.Also, I don't experience any greater success with this type of brush than I experienced with the old form of wiry cat brush on those clumpy matts. With a short hair, you never expect to have matts, but one of my shorthairs matts terribly--like a dog's coat. This brush doesn't really work on matted hair. It does work well on unmatted hair.

This item works so well to remove hair from cats. It is exceptional on long hair cats! I love using it & my cats enjoy being brushed with it.

I have 3 cats, in Mumbai, long haired. One of them is a Siberian Reinhardt. All 3 have individual personalitiws as all cat owners know. We've tried many products for hair grooming but this product is excellent .. highly recommended.
