Before each use, verify the hardware is still all tight! I lost a nut, went out to the shop and found a replacement, got through the winter, believe it or not I found that little nut in the spring on my concrete driveway!

Works as it should. Went together easily. Even when all polls are attached, it doesn't bow to such an extreme it feels like it's going to break. The blow is strong and doesn't flex. Comes back apart easily to fit in the corner of the shed so it's out of the way.

This was easy to assemble and works well. The snap together extensions are the best. Stronger and lighter. Easy to adjust length as needed. Folks who give bad reviews about breakages just need to use it correctly.

It didn't last a season for serious weekly use. I live at 10,000ft in Snow County, Colorado, and the plastic rake was just destroyed. I bought another plastic one that lasted 12 years and beat it against my roof all season. It's great if you have occasional needs but not weekly use.

The rake head broke after the the first couple of uses. Might be okay if used for light, fluffy snow removal
