We got this to make obanyaki at home. So far we've had great success with it, and it's been easy to use and clean.My only complaint is that the obanyaki "pans" don't have the design in them as shown in the product picture. Otherwise, the machine works well, and we've made dozens of great obanyaki with it so far.
