Exactly what it looks like. Great for the price. Easy set up. I bought it for my surfboards to save space in garage. One of the arms showed up with damaged thread. Took a little bit of effort to reach them, but once I did they replaced sent out a new one within the same day and I received it 3 days later. Customer service was super polite and easy to work with. If there is a setup issue I would submit it online and then follow up with a call during normal business hours. Otherwise it might take a little longer for a response. But overall great product and experience.

These racks are perfect for paddle boards. I can lift them off and directly onto my car roof. They were much sturdier than expected - even the hardware. Wanted them under an overhead rack, so just added 2 small 2x4 crossways to the ends of a longer 2x4 and attached these racks onto the longer board near the small ones. Then placed all of this on top of the overhead rack with ends thru the grid. Attached rest of this rack from below. Works perfectly!

The Construction is top notch, love the fact that it is adjustable for multiple boards! One of my arms had a faulty thread, I contacted customer service and Elijah promptly sent me a new arm within a couple of days. These guys know how to build an amazing rock And have amazing customer service!

The lag bolts provided are only 1/4". Snapped the first one. Upgraded to a larger bolt. Had to drill bigger holes slightly but no worries of it coming crashing down. Everything else is nice and heavy duty. Bolts are just anemic.

Installed easy - threads on one are were crossed and couldn't install. vendor replaced immediately and without any hassle. a good experience.

Rack looks and feels tough. Easy to hang. Came with all needed hardware to mount to ceiling. Just make sure you are not screwing these to drywall and make sure you are hitting a joist. I like the adjustability depending on how much room you need for your kayaks. Pictured here is a 10’ and 8’ kayak with 6’ spacing between supports. Ceiling to bottom of rack is 2’ and then 8’ to floor from bottom of rack. Highly recommend this product. Affordable and durable.
