This is a very thick foam and dense, so it can be used to sleep on.

We bought this to replace to couch cushions because they we're getting terrible to sit on/ snuggle on.This fit perfectly after trimming a 4 inch section off.Just point it in a safe direction when you take the plastic off lol . It will fly open fast! It was ready to use right out the box. No wait time required.. ours was firm as can be right out the box. This is a very firm cushion..No more back pain and we love it.

Love it that these are made in the USA. They worked great for our adult grandsons. I liked the thickness. Storage is a problem. I've bought mattress protectors and will store them in our shed. My husband thinks he may be able to put one in the bed of his truck for camping. Twin sheet worked well on one and on the other, we just used a sleeping bag.

This stuff is awesome. I first came across this somewhere else - bought a roll to test the waters for couch cushions. Bought my second roll here because the other place didn’t have the right size for rest of my sectional. I got firm for my preference and it is amazing. I measured and scored with a razor blade. Then finished cutting easily with a large serrated bread knife. My couch had covered springs prior and has been hurting my bum and back for years- sagging and springs digging into me. Hard to find a new couch that isn’t a ripoff or that has good reviews. Going to these 100% foam for cushions means I don’t have to worry about it anymore. Wish I had thought about and tried this years ago. Don’t wait or put it off I promise it’s worth every penny.

After less than 2 years the cushions on my Ashley sofa are just awful. They did not hold up well at all. I would literally sink into my couch and struggle to get up. Since the sofa itself is still fine I decided to replace the foam. For $60 I have enough to do both cushions (with some creative cutting). The foam is actually really firm. The original foam wasn't ever this firm but I'm not complaining. I imagine it will hold up better than the stuff from the factory. I'll update this review as time goes by too let you know how it's holding up. But bottom line... you can't go wrong.

Fell down a rabbit hole and was afraid to buy a cheap mattress for my toddler that may contain fiberglass. So here we are, I purchased this piece which has the same dimensions as a twin mattress and used it as the base of our DIY mattress, I stacked an additional 3†medium firm mattress topper, as well as a 2†soft memory foam topper to create a total 11†mattress all encased in a zippered protector. It’s perfect. This piece by itself can handle a lot weight before sinking. We tested it out and with 250+ pounds, and it barely indents. Packaging was great, no smell and came to the full 6†in minutes. Can’t recommend enough.

As expected, dense, much better than the foam I had that came with my sofa. Highly recommend!
