Out of the box working, installed in 10 minutes. Would have been installed in 2 minutes but the double sided glue strip it comes with has a heck of a time releasing the side with the vinyl you peel off. Seriously have a razor blade handy to lift those edges or you will struggle for a while to get the second sticky side showing some you can mount the sign.The only downside that I actually don’t like is the power button being by the sign. Meaning I’d you mount it on the passenger side like most people would, you have to unbuckle to lean over and turn it on and off. Also the overall cord length is 1m/39inches or so. I looked for an extension cable that would fit the connectors, and they are nice connectors, but can’t find any on Amazon or simple googling. So I will have to get and modify some round 4 pins so I can get the cables out of sight and the power button mounted close to me.

The first one I bought was not only too small but clearly defective/broken. I returned it and ordered another one that's bigger and functioning, and I had this one professionally wired into my vehicle by an auto shop. It works great. It's readable from afar and customers think it's cool. I love the variety of colors and display options on the app. It was worth the money spent.

I just began driving for Lyft. While lift has their own light up sign, they don’t have enough in quantity for every driver. Maybe I have to be with it for a while. I’m not really sure how it works but this light up sign is great while you wait. I was able to write in “Lyft†and the font and color is close to what they use. They also have one that flashes Lyft and Uber but, since I’m not driving for the Uber platform just yet, I opted for my own text. It enables ride shares to see my vehicle with more ease, especially during the evening hours. I’ve only been using it for two days so hopefully, it doesn’t break. If something happens, I’ll update my review accordingly.

Works well and very easy set up! Took it out of the box and downloaded the app. It took less than 3 minutes to get everything working. The app is rudimentary but works. The only concern is the joining of the cord to the display...it looks very delicate/fragile, like it could fall off at any moment. Also, if using in the car, it can get very warm to touch.

Item didn't work and asked for a replacement. Seller did send a new one but after 3 days it stopped turning on.
