GPS Spark Plug Gap Tool
The ignition system is crucial in the proper operation of a generator unit. The spark plug gap is the distance between the plug's center electrode and the ground flap (curved conductor at end of plug). The size of gap determines the arc voltage delivered to the air/fuel mixture resulting in internal combustion. Incorrect gap size may cause your equipment to operate erratically and could also fail to start.

This kit included everything needed for a 100 hr service. It even included a feeler gauge and gloves to keep your nails clean :p I will be buying from this vendor again for the next service.

I was trying to save a few dollars shopping around for filters and plugs. We have nothing close to me. I called an RV store here I think she said hands RV.... they don’t “sell tune up kits... just filters and plugs and suchâ€. It’s in quotations for a reason. If you have shopped in a zone or .... o really’s you might understand my frustration there also. So fed up I spent the $$ on this kit that is still a value based on the fact these are factory parts and individually slightly more. Until I opens my box and there WAS a filter wrench (couldn’t tell from the description but I saw it in a picture or 3) and a feeler gauge for the spark plug gap (or valve adjustment not sure yet) everything was as described only mobetta.

Can't find any Cummins or Onan service centers near us. The generator is inmy wife's dog grooming van, so we can't leave it for several days to get the Onan serviced. This was a great find to service our Onan generator ourselves, instead of having to run around and buy the parts individually. Even came with the wrench to fit the oil filter.
