Not easy to set up, map is unable to recognize. Looks for a signal and is unable to find. Now stuck with a $60 piece of Junk!! No phone number to cal for assistance, grr

The Lovpoi site has NO dowload links, NO SUPPORT page and the Contact Us won't even allow a submission no matter what is typed. BAIT AND SWITCH!! Mail Fraud. I found a youtube video with an update link that brought me to a Chatbot site that asked for registration and phone number. Not going to happen. There is no logo on the site and no proof who I will be speaking with or getting a sales pitch for more product from. DO NOT give any money to this scam.

I have purchased one of these years ago before, It's exactly the same unit but with a different name. I cannot find the brand that I purchased before. But I saw this one was exactly the same unit.I find it a little difficult to navigate at first, But that works well after you figure it out. The problem with these units is that they do say free updates for life. But I can not find a site to update this until. So I just got a new updated one .Maybe that's why they change their name every few years.. lol

The specifications says we can get maps for other countries upon request. Upon purchase of LOVPOI and receiving it. I registered into lovpoi website and searched for Singapore maps. No maps found, only UK/Europe mapsContacted LOVPOI support and asked for Singapore and Malaysia maps, was told will give appropriate maps next month. No specific date or delivery of maps.It’s false advertising on the part by LOVPOI, it’s amounts to over promising on product specifications and they could not deliver product functionality upon purchase.It’s almost 2.5 months now, yet no update on maps.This is the level of buying online anything.Amazon should take up action against such sellers before your reputation goes down.
