I thought these were a little gimmicky at first, but my son uses them every time he eats his chips and they have definitely kept his things cleaner especially Xbox controllers lol. These have become a must have in my home and I am so glad that I ordered them!

I regularly try and grab hot stuff in the kitchen with a thin towel and then wonder why I burn my hands all the time.Both my husband and I tried this out tonight and they worked well. I used mine to get a hot soup bowl out of the microwave, and he used his to put the tray out of our Ninja Foodi. Both instances, the Grabbie offered heat protection.They are a little awkward to use, and they could slip off your fingers if you weren't careful. And, you won't want to use these one-handed for heavier items. I was a little nervous using just one hand with a Grabbie to take my heavy bowl of soup out of the microwave. I'll try two next time.These have multiple uses, so I've put one downstairs, too, since I work with epoxy resin, and resin won't stick to silicone after it's cured.Glad we have these on hand! They've already proved useful.

The material between the thumb and fingers is too short to allow you to open your hand to grab anything. A four to six inch spread would be better. As long as the item you want to hold is not wider that a slice of bread, these might work. However, the fingers are not deep enough to reach the knuckle so it doesn't stay on. The idea is great but the design is an unfortunate choice. I just needed something to put on quick and easy to handle hot food items. These are made for someone with really small hands.

I love kitchen gadgets. So when I saw these I jumped at the chance to review them.So, I think the concept has some great potential. I love the nubs on them for good grip. I like the bright colors (very cheerful!) But ultimately I didn't find them to be very useful. Mostly because they feel like:1. They are going to fall off of your fingers, which could be very bad if they did when you are reaching for something hot.2. There just isn't enough range of motion.I think that if they made the finger covers longer it would solve these problems.So, even though they are a cool concept, I cannot recommend them.

I got these for chips, just chips. I love cheetos, but I don't love orange fingers. It's a little silly, but the three of us had fun messing with them. After all, my fingers are wash and wear - but I guess if you want to not get up and do that, these are perfect.

Although the description says these can be used in many ways, I am happy that they work for the times I need them. I mostly only cook in the microwave, and often the containers get just a bit too hot to grab onto. These Grabbies solve the problem. I was delighted to discover that they fit well on my fingers, do not slip off, and are not too tight. I can grab a hold of a cup with a hot handle or a glass bowl that has gotten too warm without trying to use big oven gloves. They have been a great asset in the kitchen. I will definitely try them for other uses, if they come up. They are well worth having around.

I didn’t deduct stars because the quality of these are great, the concept is great and they were packaged well. However, I feel they need to be longer. They don’t stay on your fingers very well. I think they may be too short. Other than that, I can see these working.
