It's back to the basics with this Graber or Spring Window flat lock seam sash curtain rod. Temporary or permanent, this rod will simply and durably dress up your windows. This heavy-duty metal rod is baked with a white enamel finish. Extends 6'' to 11'' adjustable width. Each package includes one rod. The lock seam feature provides added durability. This rod had no projection. The lock-seam rods are wall mounted and very easy to install
Flat Lock-Seam Sash Curtain Rods are coated inside and out, with no exposed edges. Baked white enamel finish matches.
The "lock-seam" design gives the curtain rod that additional strength needed for medium to heavy curtain fabrics. Threader attached to the rod ensures smooth, no-snag shirring.
Heavy-Duty Brackets provides greater support; prevents hole tear-out. Tapered prong prevents rod lift-out.

The shipping was late on this item and I am extremely disappointed in the quality of it .It's definitely not something I would recommend to anyone, waste of money .

The previous question and answer asked how many rods per order....the answer was 2. However, that is incorrect. I ordered 2 and received 2 rods. Just enough for ONE window and not two. The quality is cheap and the look is only acceptable because the window sash covers the whole thing.There are TWO rods for $6 on the JCPenny website by the brand Bali. These rods are steel and much better quality, semi-improved looks. Half the price of this, can't beat it.Don't waste your money, but if you do, make sure you take into account that ONE order, is ONE rod, especially if you need TWO rods per window (which is most commonly the case).

This Sash Rod DOES NOT fit "SIZE Fits sidelights and windows 20†to 36†wide" as is printer in "About this item" in its description. It ONLY fits windows 6"-11".

They do not extend to 11 inches. They maybe extend to 10 and at that point the sag. They are terrible and beyond any cheap rod I've seen before.
