Shook this out and it was ready to wear. I am 5'5" with a 31" inseam, and this doesn't go to my ankle, but a couple inches above it. However, it looks perfect with the dress I needed it for and I think the shorter length will keep it from tangling in my shoes. Very happy with the product, and it arrived very quickly.

I am returning this because it’s a bit large around the waist. Also I am 5’4†and this fit more like a maxi skirt than a knee length, which is what I was looking for. Overall it’s too large, but it is nice quality if you’re looking for something long

Used it for a cosplay dress and it worked out perfectly as I hoped it would. Measurements were very accurate. It’s a bit scratchy but nothing that can’t be solved with some tights.

I bought this for a halloween costume, but the material quality is nice enough for regular wear. I was upset that the seams of the gathers started to tear apart though, before I ever even wore it out of the house. I mended the first two holes myself, but then discovered several more when I'd already left the house.

I was actually very impressed with the quality of the petticoat! The only thing is that it wasn't the midi length that I needed. Maybe it would be midi if you're tall..? It's really nice though. It's got great volume, lots of layers, and the fabric is softer then another petticoat i got. The waistband has good stretch to it. It's functionality is excellent.
