I cannot tell you how much use we’ve gotten out of this chair. It’s SO sturdy and safe. My baby has to sit up for 30 minutes after meals due to reflux and this gentle incline is perfect to keep her upright but comfortable. We attached a portable mobile and it keeps her entertained. I will en very sad when she outgrows this chair!

*POOR MANUFACTURING/TESTING!*Bouncer has 20lb weight limit, but 13lb baby compressed shocks/springs completely so there was no bounce to the bouncer. Hoping it's just a dud and not a lack of testing before releasing this product.*UPDATE*Replacement functions exactly the same; bouncer does NOT bounce. Even when manually lifting the chair and letting it go, it just slams back down instead of bouncing or at least falling softly. Shocks are just for looks I guess. Triple-checked it's assembled correctly.This makes it seem like they didn't even test it with weight in it at all, which brings into question its safety as well.»FURTHER UPDATE«Anticipating recall on this item!All the good reviews were paid for with free product.Against better judgment continued to use and baby was able to shift upper body down and nearly flip over waist harness with legs still strapped in, and obviously could not sit back up. The waist strap is so loose even when fully tightened and sits too low on a short/average baby younger than 6 months.IF THEY CAN CALL THIS A BOUNCER WHEN IT ISN'T, THEY CAN ALSO CALL IT SAFE.

Overall, this is a nice multi-functional seat. The only thing I was disappointed in was the jumper. It just doesn't have much bounce. The infant bouncer seat option is very nice. I love the wide seat with the soft, supportive fabric. It doesn't get overly hot either which is great. The seat straps are secure and don't pinch. The seat allows baby to see what is going on. I love the floor seat option. Once baby outgrows the bouncer, this option works well. The tray is great for snack or toys and is easy to wipe down. The next option, the jumper, was underwhelming. It just doesn't have a lot of bounce to it. The toddler chair is the last set up option. It works well as a chair, and best of all it extends the product's life which is always a benefit in my book. Overall, this is a unique, multi-functional seat for baby that adapts to the first few stages of a child's life.

I chose this seat for my granddaughter when they visit. I have limited space in my house and wanted something that we would get the most use out of. This seat has met our needs through 2 stages of her development and I expect that to continue.

My daughter and son in law put this together and placed the newborn in the bouncer on the recommended lowest angle. Daughter tried to bounce it with her toe, nothing. She tried everything, they took it partially apart trying to make sure they didn't put it together wrong, nope. No bounce. It's hard to trust that this bouncer was put through any sort of intensive testing at this point, not sure I trust the other functions of this. Since the bouncer is the primary reason we ordered this with the other functions seen as a bonus, I think 3 stars is accurate. I'm very disappointed, Graco has always been a loved and trusted brand in our house but they dropped the ball on this one.
