I bought this to try and make a rod holder for fishing. It is really strong leather and well stitched. The price was amazing and I am really glad I bought it. I don't know if it will work for holding my fishing rod or not, but my husband wants it for his hammer, so it will be a win either way.

Metal piece broke off in 2 months time.Would not recommend for heavy use with hammers with rubber grip, as the swivel kind of gets in the way.It's super annoying with rubber hammers.3 stars because it broke so soon.

Very well made hammer holder I would not use any thing else for my claw hammer it's nice for roofing !!

Works as designedHad to return the first item I received as it was different from what I ordered. Second is perfect
