I am an elderly woman who found the chairs to be relatively easy to assemble. I read the instructions a couple of times, laid out all the parts, and followed step by step. I did use my own screwdriver shaped Allen wrench because of my stiff hands. My husband helped by holding the parts together when attaching the swivel mechanism and made sure every screw and bolt was tight. It took 90 minutes to assemble both chairs, with no problem whatsoever. WOW, are they comfortable!….very sturdy and attractive.

Well made, and very sturdy. They were simple to assemble. The materials are well made and they seem like they’ll hold up to extended use. The colors go well with our black gazebo. They’re comfortable to sit on and they dry quickly after it rains. Good purchase!

Chairs are comfortable and well built but not easy to assemble. Some holes did not align well making it difficult to secure screw. Instructions could use some verbal assistance.

These are perfect for counter height bar’s. My counter was 36 inches high and these were perfect for it. They went together easy, no issues. Look great and are comfortable.Month or 2 in on these: One of the swivels broke with barely any use on it. I have emailed customer support to see if they will take care of it.Hopefully they will, and will update here. they are nice outdoor chairs, I just someone made some quality ones for outside that weren't 1k a chair..

We received the product in a timely manner. I had spent a lot of time searching for just the right 3-piece bistro set and decided on this set based on the information provided on the website + overall reviews. The frame looked thicker/more substantial than others I had viewed within our price range. I assembled the 3 pieces myself (I enjoy the challenge and accomplishment), although my husband was available to assist if needed. All this to say, instructions were very easy to follow and it’s possible for 1 person to assemble. It took me longer to unpack the product along with the “fasteners†than it did to assemble 😆. The metal ring around the tabletop was dented so I reached out to the vendor/customer service and received extremely quick responses throughout our several email exchanges. Grand Patio provided a solution that was more generous than what I had expected and asked for. Their Customer Service was excellent! You will note an extra shelf under the tabletop. In my search for a set, I noticed some that included a shelf. The table has the support for a shelf, so my husband purchased a 15†round, wooden board at a local box store and painted it for me! This addition to our deck is perfect. It’s comfortable, I believe it will weather well, the fabric seems to be strong, it’s been through a few downpours and I just wipe it all down with a damp microfiber and it’s as good as new. The tabletop is a very thick, heavy ceramic. We will likely store the set inside through the winter or buy a sturdy cover for it.

The bar stools are even nicer than I expected. They are extremely attractive, comfortable and sturdy. There was a problem with one of the chairs. I contacted the company and in less than one week, the problem was resolved well beyond my expectations. I cannot state highly enough the incredible customer service from this company. If you are hesitating at all in ordering this furniture. Don’t. Order immediately—you will not be disappointed.

These chairs feel sturdy and are the perfect height for our outdoor patio counter. Very happy with this purchase. We purchased 8 chairs.

Good quality, looks nice. The assembly instructions are ridiculous. Just visual, and very small photos that are very hard to see where nuts and bolts go. If you’re not going to add any verbal instructions, as least blow up the photos so one may see the parts better. Absolutely ridiculous assembly instructions! The chairs don’t rotate very freely. I sprayed WD40 on them which helped, but they are still a little tight. Maybe after use they will loosen up.
