Unreliable. I replaced mine with a DECT setup from the same manufacturer - it ends up being cheaper AND more reliable especially if you want more than one wireless handset. This model frequently disconnects from WiFi, but doesn't give any indication until you try to make a call or realize that it's been missing incoming calls.The sound quality is good, it's easy to install and manage, the battery life is fine, the smart phone features are meh (wish the user interface could be stripped down for more purpose-built deployments, but it's easy enough for people to figure out), but the lack of reliability undercuts all of that.

Great little VOIP phone. If you have a wireless network, you can easily connect this voip phone without ethernet and then put in your voip connection information and it works great. We use a VPS FreePBX installation and this phone took like 4 minutes to set up. One thing, it's not a desk phone, so it doesn't transfer calls or do conference calls. It just dials out and receives calls. It has a speakerphone, we did a meeting with a client on it today and it worked great.

I can not figure out how to set this thing up. Maybe it’d be good for a company with an IT person family at home we couldn’t figure it out.

Purchased 4 of these for VOIP use. Already had the accounts created, just needed phones for different customers. Not very cost efficient if a customer wants multiple cordless phones in one location, but if they want desk phones, and only one cordless, this fits the bill just fine.

I use an external freepbx server. This was dead simple to setup. Setup is not for the average person, connect it to wifi first then just login to the management page and enter your sip info. Boom works.Update after a couple years. It still rocks. Not for people who are beginners though.

Very solid product. Excellent voice quality and stability.Would advise everyone to use the Web interface for configuration as doing it through the handset is a pain.

Fonctionne parfaitement avec une ligne sip OVHBonne qualité du son.Il faut un peu batailler pour configurer le compte mais ça marche bien. (j'ai du préciser le no de port) Pas nécessaire d'ouvrir des port.Je recommande ce produit très pratique pour un nomade.

Die Firmware bei Auslieferung war grauenhaft. Das relativ lange W-Lan Passwort einzugeben war quasi unmöglich. Musste dies über ein "offenes" W-Lan lösen und dann das andere über das Webinterface hinzufügen. Das Telefon hat ein schlechtes W-Lan Modul verbaut, immer wieder ruckelnde Gespräche, abrisse.Firmware Update war anfangs nicht möglich da Grandstream einen falschen Updateserver hinterlegt hat. Nach ewigem suchen und Änderung gab es dann auch endlich mal ein Update. Aber die Gespräche sind trotzdem schlecht.Nun gab es noch ein Update, es ist etwas besser geworden aber noch immer nicht mit einem Grandstream WP826 vergleichbar.Ich habe beide Telefone im 2,4 GHz und auch im 5 GHz Unifi Netzwerk betrieben. Das WP826 hat deutlich weniger Probleme beim Roaming. Am WP810 habe ich ein wenig an den Einstellungen "geschraubt" aber keine Besserung (wobei auch keine Verschlechterung) erfahren. Ich werde es zur Sicherheit mal zurücksetzen und nochmals testen.Leider konnte ich nichts über die OpenVPN Profile herausfinden, wie müssen hier die Configs aufgebaut sein? Das WP810 "frisst" alles, verbindet sich dann aber nicht, das WP826 gibt zumindest die Info aus das die Datei fehlerhaft wäre.Intern betreibe ich eine virtualisierte freePBX mit weiteren Schnurgebundenen Telefonen, die einwandfrei und ohne Ruckeln laufen.

Excelente qualidade de voz e também cobertura de sinal.A única desvantagem seria digitar as senhas pelo teclado do aparelho.
