Using this kit, I was able to do an excellent repair of a chipped quartz countertop edge. I like the fact that the simple tools and proper sandpaper was included. A few tips: Make sure that the colors included will match your stone. Mine counter is grey, so a toothpick tip of black, mixed into the white resin mix got me close. Then I tweaked it by adding a little more white resin mix. If possible, obtain a sample square of your stone to practice on. I cut a few nicks into the sample with a chisel for practice. Also, working on the practice piece can make it easier to obtain a perfect color match. When you finally put the colored resin mix in the countertop chip, let it dry overnight. Mine was not quite ready after only four hours. This will ensure smooth sanding. Watch a couple instructional videos available online.

I had no issues with mixing or adding color. Just followed directions. Looked at other reviews to see what people did as mistakes or advised what to do. And it worked out perfectly. My project was not an easy look to hide. So I was happy with just filling up the hole and matching one of the colors.

Used it to fill in a couple of small divots. It cured quickly and matched the surface. Takes a bit of sanding and you will never get it glossy like the rest of the surface, so I’d only use it for smaller flaws.

We discovered a manufacturing cut mark on the edge of our countertop. Not a huge deal, but enough to want it fixed. Purchased this kit and gave it a go. The only problem I have is that when you sand it, it changes the color to the color of the sandpaper even after allowing it to dry overnight. I did this repair at least three times. Apply, get a nice match, wet sand, dry sand, 2000 grit, etc. the color always changed. Thankfully it’s not a pure white top, it’s got some graining. It sure isn’t perfect, but it’s smooth and anyone other an us may never spot it. Still, a bit irritating.

If you have a crack in your granite or in the stone floor saddle in a doorway, this product works very well. It was easy to use and the results were great!

It is super difficult to get to match the color your want and hard to smooth the surface after dry

Despite some reviews of not getting hard or hard to work with I thought I would try this product anyway because I had a feeling, like other epoxy products if you don’t mix exactly, you will have problems. Either too much hardener, its tough to work with, not enough and it doesn’t set! I measured out these products with a 1/4 teaspoon, one scoop of each. It’s important not to eyeball this if your not a professional. It mixed up well and was easy to match my grey counter top color. Before hand I did tape the area off as to not create more sanding then I needed to. It was easy to apply and I got a good 15 minutes of workable product. As for drying, it says 4 hours but you must take into consideration temperature and humidity in your house. After 4 hours mine was set enough to remove the tape and I was able to use a straight edge to remove the little residual spots but it was still soft, just not gooey. I started yesterday at 3:00 pm, removed the tape at 7:00 pm and by morning it was rock hard. If you do this correctly and put the extra time into it it will work like a charm!! Im completely satisfied with this product and the outcome!!

I had a chip in my quartz counter top on the edge of the sink and use the repair epoxy to glue in the chip and fill the edge. Colour match mix was really close and after sanding, it’s hardly noticeable. I’d recommend finishing with 5000 grit wet and dry paper followed by a polish.

My wife dropped a bowl on our quartz countertop and chipped a large piece out from it. I got a quote from a specialist to come and fix and thought maybe I should try this first as the quote was around $400 plus travel. Well this product worked great for me, and I would have given it 5 stars if it was a little easier to figure out how to use and color match. Instructions are fine but it is a little tricky. Helps if your counter is not a solid color as well, easier to blend in.

Works great - but I would have preferred if there was a smaller volume as an option given the price, since I only needed a tiny amount. I am otherwise happy with the results!
