When I bought it I was very happy with the size and the sturdiness. Other roaster pans are too large for 2-3 family homes and the rectangular ones can easily warp over time. I roasted a 4lb chicken and it worked perfectly. Cleaning the roaster was easy as well. I just wish that the roaster was an inch wider.

I am a sourdough baker at home didn’t want to invest so much money in a loaf loaf pan so I tried this product and it’s perfect. Perfect size rises perfectly. I recommended for the home Baker.

Check the size. Ordered without checking the dimensions. Too small for a duck. Perfect for pullout or Cornish Hen. Nice roaster.

Pics on the listing makes the pan look much bigger than it is. It’s so small. Unable to cook much of any family size meals. Returning.Update; decided to keep. I made a meal and it was delicious! Easy to clean.

We moved & forgot to pack our small granite roaster! So, happy I found another one! Now I have 3 of them again! Square for the turkey, large oval for complete meals & the small one for cooking a roast/chicken by itself!!

I already had this type of roasting pan but wanted a smaller version. This one is definitely smaller, and perhaps a little bit too small. I kept this item, but I also ordered the 15" version.

Excellent alternative to the $$$ cast iron pans for homemade sourdough loaves. Lightweight. Left a perfectly crispy crust.

I have ordered and returned this item 2-3 times. It is always bent in a corner and sometimes on the sides as well. The "granite" coating is delaminating and chips everywhere. I am not sure this paint would be good all chipped out in the food.Also the item has "stickers" all over the side and stringy tape holding the top on. They do not come off without a lot of work. It does need to come off before it would be safe to put into a hot/cooking environment.My guess is the seller bought some kind of damaged or returned lot and is just unloading them.I definitely do not reccomend.
