It works great but it really should have come with installation instructions. Took me a bit of trial and error to figure out I had to cut off the wire prong for my application.

My original horn button went missing many years ago and I didn't really care. Then my ride started going to car shows and I wanted it t be complete again. Was glad to find they have the gold script button, because all I could find locally was the modern silver script. When you're going for era correct look, it matters.

this is a nice piece, and there's nothing actually wrong with it, - however......in my case, -I have a Grant signature series leather wheel that was made in - 1981, and long ago a small part of it was 'lost', so, I bought the new button noted above, but it wasn't a direct fit to the older wheel as the newer buttons have a steel 'sleeve' that wouldn't fit the older wheel,so , the short story is, I had to dis-assemble the new button and 'mix and match' parts from the new button with parts from the 'old button,it's able to be done, and the button in black looks real good in the wheel, and updates the look over the older 'white' button, nothing really wrong with the look of the older button, just the new black finish looks really smart over all,

Works good, front logo is just a metal sticker so it looks kinda cheap. The old one was a logo cast in polyurethane looked way better.

Slightly different profile than the original that came on my Grant signature wheel, but I like this one better. Firmer spring, smoother engagement, no odd sticky-plastic noise.Works, I mean it's kind of difficult to rate the quality of a horn button. But it is a tighter fit than the original - that is good.

My old one got brittle and the prongs broke on the back. This was an exact replacement. Easy to install.
