Perfectly functional graphing paper with simple but relatively durable pads. Nothing paper is indestructible, but I have bought other "for work" pads from Amazon from other suppliers that can shed pages a little too easily or otherwise fall apart as they are moved around and taken in and out of bags, transported long distances, and such. These pad's pages are removable, but these pads hold together better on their own than some pads that cost about twice as much or more on a per-page basis.While the individual pads are fairly slim, the 8 pack gives you a ton of paper for an excellent price. This is actually hugely preferable to me than fewer bulkier pads.

I didn't know if my little granddaughter would like to use the graph paper for making designs, but she took right to work making checkerboard patterns in different colors. The paper was a good choice for an art project.

These pads of graph paper is 1/4" per grid (4/inch). The lines are dark enough to be seen easily, but not so dark that they overpower what you draw or write.I REALLY like the fact that the back board is a very stiff cardboard type material providing enough support and rigidity to use it either on a flat surface or in hand.Of course not every graph paper is good for every project, but if you don't need too fine a grid, then this paper should work well for you.I am extremely happy to have this in my paper drawer so I can have it when I want to design projects, sketch out floor plans, etc.Sadly, the perforations at the top of each page do not consistently allow sheet to be torn out cleanly. (-1 star)Aside from the perforation issue, I like these pads of graph paper.4/5 stars
