How to Make Greek Yogurt?
Two Step Filtering:
(1) Natural Filtering:
① Pour the yogurt into inner container,without the spring and the pusher.
② Allow whey to naturally separate a portion of it by gravity
③ It is generally recommended to refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
④ When filtering, there needs to be air constantly entering, without fastening the lid.
(2) Pressure Filtration:
① Add the spring and the pusher to apply pressure.
② The filtering time is about 8 hours(over night), the long the better.
③ Whey is overflow from both the top and bottom is normal phenomenon.

Easy to drain he extra fluid off from yogurt. I also used it to dry tofu and worked very well.

It works but not efficient because you can't put too much yogurt in to squeeze out. I put the amount the instructions told me to and it still came out of the side when lid was on so not working.

Product works great with one exception, the lid doesn't snap on very well. You have to get it just right or all the sudden the pressure can make the lid go flying. Was sitting on my couch and all the sudden i heard a bang in my fridge. Opened it up and the lid sprung off and smacked my shelf above it. I feel like they could have designed this lid a little better.

This really does the job of straining the yogurt. But I don’t really see the need for the spring top.

After watching so many videos of the dry yogurt trend on Xiao Hong Shu (basically Chinese Instagram), I knew I had to try it out so I sought out this product. It is a pretty sturdy, compact container. It is comprised of 5 parts: an outer container, insert with mesh strainer, the press piece with mesh strainer, a large spring, and snap-on lid.I recommend additionally using a tight muslin cloth or many layers of cheesecloth.How to Use:-Place insert into the outer container-Line insert with muslin cloth-Add yogurt (color the yogurt for fun if you want!)-Wrap the excess muslin cloth over the yogurt-Place mesh press on top-Align spring with press and the lid and snap the lid on-The longer you leave it, the denser the yogurt. The yogurt in my photos was press for a few days to achieve that consistency.I took away 1 star because I could see some potential safety issues regarding a strong spring and snap-on lid. Be extremely careful when opening the container. Place pressure with one hand on the lid while slowly disengaging the lid's snap tab so that the lid doesn't just fly off and injure you.
