I'm disabled and was able to figure this out. It drained my hot tub quick and easy. It just put it in, submerged, and plugged it in. When it started getting towards the bottom I got in and scooped the water in the seats to the bottom so it got almost 100% of the water out. Used towel for the rest, cleaned tub and refilled.

Love this pump. I bought this pump to water my garden with saved rain water. I had been moving water from my collection barrel to my storage barrels. Then I used a watering can to water with. I used about15 gallons when i watered and it took several trips back and forth to water all the plants and it was hard to water with a watering can because the spout isn't long enough to get under the plants. I always envied people who watered from a hose with one of those long wand spray heads like they use to water in the big box garden shops. Now with this pump I water with one of those wands/spray heads and I'm loving how much easer and better I can water my garden which is twice as long this year. After using for approximately six weeks when I was moving water from my collection barrel to my storage barrel I forgot about the pump and the barrel pumped dry while the pump kept running. To make a long story short, the next morning the pump motor would run but it wasn't running. Six weeks, I didn't know if it was under warranty and I felt the problem may have been my fault, so I began thinking about what I could do. I did not want to loose this pump that I love using. I am a retired plumber and water pumps are often designed with the idea that the water will keep the water cool, so it may have had a melt down, but I connected the discharge end of the hose to a washing machine which has two female ends and connected the hose the a city water outside faucet, turned the water on and reverse flushed the pump. It worked, cleared a blockage in the pump and it is working like new. I can't blame the pump for becoming blocked with my dirty rain water. I think I might do a reverse flush every once in a while just as a preventive maintenance thing. If this pump ever fails I will replace it with one of the same or a more powerful one by the same company.

Tried the first time on a fallen tree caused by Beryl. It drained way to the bottom and fast. The only question I have is does this shut down it self when there is no water. I don't want to burn the motor over night whenrain stop

This little pump is amazing. simple and small enough to handle, and great to pump water.

Got this to flush my tankless water heater. Did the job well. At first I thought it would be too powerful even though other internet searches and the water heater company said that 1/6HP should work just fine. No complaints. Would recommend.

I have a 150 gallon pond in my living room with fancy goldfish and a couple very small koi. It’s basically a winter holding tank because it gets below freezing here and they are usually in 300 gallons. This little sump pump makes my life so much easier. I can’t even say how great it is. I took a typical garden hose and matched the fitting, put the washers on dropped it in my pond and put the other end of the garden hose in my kitchen sink. Turned it on by plugging it in and it’s started working immediately, removing the water quickly, but not at a rate that I couldn’t keep up with.Once I removed about 50 gallons, I came over to the sink and submerged it in my sink, treated the water as I went, took the flow end of the hose and put it into the pond and filled it up with clean water. So GREAT!!!! Normally I would be hauling a 3 gallon bucket back-and-forth for 30 minutes. I did run into a couple things that required troubleshooting. One was that my garden hose is too long and it was too coiled or kinked and that will stop the flow. Another is that my kitchen sink does not flow water fast enough to keep up with the pump so I had to turn it off a couple times and catch up. Next time I will use the bathtub.

This pump worked well for the most part since early September 2023. However now on the second day of 2024, the pump has died. While it worked, it moved a great deal of water fairly effortlessly. NB: The activation float is poorly designed and never turned the unit on or off satisfactorily. The pump could nevertheless be activated by raising the float and propping it up vertically (obviously with the unit plugged in). The limitation there is that I needed to keep an eye on things to avoid running the pump dry.Unfortunately, the unit appears to be completely dead today and no amount of manipulating the float will revive it. The power supply is intact, but the unit no longer turns on. I’m disappointed by the poor quality of the unit and warn away any purchaser who thinks the unit will work reliably for more than a few short months.

The first thing you'll notice is the slim design. Then that it has integrated float switch, which is unique. Then that it has several configurations with the built in controls. Finally, you'll notice they brag it can allow a 1.3" stone to pass through when other sumps warn that tiny stones can ruin the motor. So the engineer must have designed a different impeller configuration and possibly used different materials for the fan blades. I wish I could've seen the output but it moved the water so fast there wasn't a chance to see it go out of the house. They say it is built for longer life, so considering my old sump pump lasted 28 years, I'll say don't hold your breath on a product longevity report from me. A final comment, I almost wish it wasn't a submersible unit because it is worthy of displaying. I'm keeping the alternate discharge adapters in case I want to use this temporarily in a different application.
