I don't know if it works for me because I never got a chance to use it it fell off the cart as soon as i put it on the cart or anything you have to put it on because it will fall and you will lose it it needs to wait on it because it won't stay cuz it won't stay

The hooks are hard plastic with no give. It does not fit on the wheelchair handle for which I bought (too small). Haven't yet found a place to use it, but I'm sure I will find somewhere. One picture shows it hanging from a flat table top--but no way!
