I have used Green Pan for seven years and wanted to upgrade our set. This pans grey color is very modern. The durability is great as long as you follow the care instructions. I would recommend to hand wash and to not use a scrubbing sponge. It’s easy to gentle wipe clean. Green Pan makes cooking more fun and convenient with its non-stick ceramic. The large 5qt size is great for larger meals and the two handles are very convenient as the pan is quite heavy. Food cooks evenly. Don’t cook with high heat, follow the care instructions, use silicone spatulas and your Green Pans will last you a long time.

Durable pan, nonstick, holds heat well; moreover, cooks food evenly. Have had pan over a year, no scratches inside, prefer to hand wash versus dishwasher.

I ansolutely love this pan! It is my go to/most used pan for cooking. Great quality, perfect weight, handles do not get hot! Easy to clean! Great pan at an affordable price! Almost bought hexclad for way more $$$$! So glad i didnt!!!!

I've had this pan for 5 months and used it average 2 times per week. It has already become "stick" vs. "non-stick". I use medium heat on an electric element and recently braised a roast for the oven. What I thought would be another easy clean, turns out there is no amount of scrubbing gets out the black "carbonization".I expected that over a much much longer period and frequency of use but definitely not this soon. Greenpan website says to boil water in the pan then use a special scrubber (not included) to remove the black. Well, at this point I shouldn't have to pay extra for specialty cleaning tools for a non stick pan that cost me $105 but I did use a similar melamine sponge to no avail. My age old Hamilton Beach non stick electric frypan lasted 15 years without having to scrub!!! Looking at the Greenpan US website it's on sale for 41.99 USD. If you do buy it get it at that price at least you won't have spent a lot on a pan that fails to live up to it's name. Additionally there is no warranty in Canada. I advised Amazon of this to put some kind of disclaimer warning about the lack of warranty back in the beginning of 2023 and still nothing has been done If you look up the parent company (The Cookware Company USA) on the Better Business Bureau, you'll see a rating of "F" the worst possible rating!! Hundreds of complaints each year....The replacement that they finally sent me is worse than the first pan. Prepared Tater tots (potatoes and oil) WERE FRIED IN THE PAN ON A SETTING OF 6 (MAXIMUM IS 9). The pan got scorched (again) and i'm now left with 2 useless non-stick pans. Absolute worst non stick pan ever. The replacement has been used 2 or 3 times per week for only a few months! Note: this pan is no longer a part of the Greepan collection on their website...go figure!

11 inch diameter is the exact size I was looking for compared to the massive 12 inch and smallish 10 inch skillets. The quality is decent, but I had to revise this review to note that the non-stick coating is losing effectiveness after only a few months.
