The file cabinet works perfectly and it was pretty easy to put together. My wife did it by herself. We had a couple of broken parts but the seller responded immediately sending us the replacement parts. We have very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a metal file cabinet. Plus, their prices are very reasonable!

Easy to put together felt a little flimsy but once together they work well better when you start filling it. If not filled with some files drawers are hard to open

I received the product today, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. It arrived in a flat box with multiple pieces requiring assembly, which was far from easy. The bolts don’t tighten properly, several pieces were bent, and the material is flimsy. For the price, I expected much better quality. Additionally, the size is not as described or ideal for my needs. I contacted the seller to request a return, but they are asking me to cover the return shipping costs, which is very disappointing. I do not recommend purchasing this item. I would rather take my money and go to Office Depot to get something that is already assembled, welded, and much sturdier.

Yes you aren't supposed to open one drawer at a time, I'm aware, but maybe put an extra something in the front to avoid it?I don't think anyone will be deterred by the lock, it's pretty flimsy.Otherwise, I like it

Awesome file cabinet. I bought this specifically because it was on the shorter side (compared to others) because I needed it to fit under the lowest point of my standing desk. However, it is an excellent cabinet otherwise; well constructed and good looking. Packaging was very good, including protective metal braces, so it arrived with no dents or damage. My only beef is that it was missing a minor part (the file hanging bar to allow for sideways legal-sized folder hanging) but the very helpful and responsive customer service offered to send me one, though I'd have to wait a few months, or give me a partial refund. I took the partial refund. Based on their excellent help with this one minor issue, I give the item 5 stars which it would have earned without the issue.

SAFETY 1st - use your gloves provided!! Perfect size for my small office. Ease of assembly with use of Manual instruction book and Screwdriver included. Arrived in Execellent condition. Impressed with the quality of the product received. The product was what I expected!! Thank You

extremly flimsy, and difficult to assemble, especially putting the draws together. once you have it complete , draws do not shut correctly, its different everytime. I put my files in, and they never stay put ,so cheaply made, I had to ducktape all the bars so they would not move every time i need something from a file.way to go mr. designer who thought having the top lock will deter any type of thievery. It would take a nanosecond to open the lock, it is not secure.Had i known it should be screwed to a wall, would have stopped me from buying it. Reviews really dont help. buyer beware. will never buy a product from this company again. I will spend alittle extra and buy something fully assembled that is not comparable to a soup tin can in durability and strength . on a positive note , it was delivered sooner than expected and has a nice appearance with ample room for a printer on top.
