Luckily you aren’t really usually high stepping in these, but it was pretty tough for me even with them fitting properly everywhere else. I would guess the boot maxes out around a kids 6/6.5 or a women’s 8/8.5. I usually wear a 7.5 and there was a little extra room in the toe.

Despite the description saying the Nylon material is around 35% lighter than standard rubber, the difference is remarkable—you can really feel how much lighter they are! It makes a big impact on comfort, especially for younger kids who don’t need added bulk weighing them down.The waterproofing is also top-notch, keeping my little one dry in all kinds of conditions, even in streams and shallow ponds. Ordered these for my son and they came with a tear in the fabric just above the boot. It looks like an honest mistake in either manufacturing or packaging because they otherwise seem like good quality. That said they ran small on my lanky 11-year-old and I would definitely recommend sizing up. Boot size was good, but he couldn’t bend or squat. Loosening the suspenders would have helped a bit but made the crotch way too low. Nevertheless, these are being returned for the tear. Will upsize when I re-order.

Those who have worn chest waders know the struggle is real to put them on. These are different because they are a breeze to put on. They are also comfortable and lightweight. The size guide is the only issue that I had. In most cases, XL in kids means a size 14/16. But in this brand, it is 10/11.

I got these for my 10 yo to wear fishing. They fit as sized. They're sturdy and comfortable. He was able to put them on himself. The buckles held strong. It has elastic in the back to help with fit. No leaks. This is a good set..
