The product advertised that pine litter would work. It did not, I have several bags and now have to buy all new litter.

The item was packed efficiently for shipping and unpacked easily. The setup instructions were easy to follow and we got it set up and working in just a few minutes. Because we own other types of self cleaning litter boxes our cats adjusted to this one quickly and easily. We got notifications of its use right away. It has been functioning quite well since then. We are very happy with it and will update you when we get the step up for our older cat. It cleans and empties very well and seems to use less litter than some of the others we have tried. It seems to be working well at keeping the smell manageable. It is also very quiet compared to our other machines. I’m very impressed by the litter catcher pad that came with it. It makes it much easier to keep the area around the machine clean. The WiFi app works great and keeps us up to date on the state of the machine.

Very nice automatic litter box! I like it a lot because it’s compatible with not only one type of litter. I literally just use the litter we got from Costco and it works great. It can fits our cats nicely and it send me a message that I can track when my cat uses it. I tested it for few days and it has been working great. My cats have no problems of using it. Also disassemble process is easy, which makes it easy to clean once a while. Totally worth the money. The waste basket has smell control and the volume is decent too, I mostly cleaned it every two days.
