4" BRAKE BNAD
- There is a hole on either end of the brake band.
- One end fastens to a stud mounted on the cart, but is still able to pivot, and the other end fastens to your brake rod.
4" BRAKE DRUM
- The brake drum has universal mounting hole pattern with both 5/16" & 3/8" bolt holes.
- Those 8 bolt holes will hopefully match those on you wheel brake hub.
BRAKE HANDLE LEVER SIZE
- The mounting hole diameter is 22mm (7/8"), overall length: 175mm (6.89")
- Overall width: 85mm (3.35"), overall height: 46mm (1.81").

This worked for my scooter application. The cable was too short though. Wish it would have stated the length.

It's very difficult to get the cable to lock in place.It still slipped but is currently holding.It's not as tight as I would hope and doesn't stop well.
