This is a very well made bit for a pneumatic hammer. It has no sharp edges, smoothly made. It feels like quality and... It hammers! It fits my pneumatic hammer just fine. I'm amazed that I had to purchase this separately. Every pneumatic hammer should come with a hammer bit.

Tool is shorter than I expected it to be, but, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It will fit into tighter spaces for automotive and industrial repairs. Overall a good quality power hammer will get the job done!

This tool was needed to facilitate the removal of rusted on brake rotors found on most every car on the road today. The standard 401 taper allowed the tool to fit into my 40 year old air hammer easily and the short shank let me position it behind the rotor before pulling the trigger and yelling YAHOO!!You can pay many times this amount on a tool truck for a branded tool, but with the amount of use this will actually receive it presents a great (and smart) value for the money. Grey pneumatic makes some very good tools and they're easily found on Amazon at very competitive prices.

The tool fit my air hammer very well and worked well to help remove bearings from drive shaft.

If you have ever had a rotor that is rusted on the hub, you might want to give this a try. Throw this in an air hammer, and let it do all the work for you, and all the rust will just fall off. This has really saved lots of timing instead of using a regular hammer to beat things off. Using it directly on the head of bolts has proven effective to help break up any rust that has formed in the threads. I've even used this on the shaft of a ball joint with great success. I continuously find new things to use this on to help break stubborn fasteners. So far, there has been minimal wear on the top of this and should continue to last a long time. Just don't forget the ear protection as it can get quite loud depending on the metal it's hitting.Overall i'm very happy with this and the time it has saved has already paid for itself. Would recommend!

I've used this several times already to knock out strut bolts with the air hammer. Works 100 percent GREAT. Helped me take a rusty tow reciever off my truck, just loosen the bolts with impact wrench, then knock them out with this chisel an air hammer. Saves you lots of time and work.
