Works like a charm. My husband loves the steam cleaning option! Grates get thoroughly cleaned after every use. Two different options to scrape the leftover food off with. I highly recommend you throw away all those wire brushes that leaves dangerous pieces of wire behind that can be consumed without your knowledge and go with this. Sturdy and well made but easy to handle.

It's a nice grill brush, but after second use the coils have begun to unravel. Not sure of it's service length.

Pirchased the item to replace an old wooden handled cleaner. This new product is well built and no worries of leaving loose wires in food! Solid construction and feels durable for doing the required job! I give it a 5 plus star rating and look forward to using it!

This brush is the real thing when it comes to quality. All stainless steel not like the other brushes from places like Home D that are cheap plated steel that will rust in no time .Very good quality.

I bought this recommended by a friend who loves theirs. I was excited to use this on my new grill. However, it didn’t really clean my grates. I was happy to buy a cleaner with no metal fibers that could break off and get on my food. It’s just not useful to me if it doesn’t actually scrape any food off.

This is an amazing BBQ brush. I’ve always been underwhelmed by the traditional BBQ brushes and have often found the metal bristles falling out which is less than ideal when you’re going to be cooking food on the grill. I didn’t experience this issue with this brush. I used the BBQ brush wet when the BBQ was hot - the combination of the steam and brush made cleaning effortless and very quick. I’ve used it a number of times and so far there’s no sign of any bristles falling out. It feels like a quality item and represents good value for money. There were several other brushes which looked identical but cost must more.

This is the best bristle free brush I have purchased so far. The only thing that could be improved is the scraper, which would be easier to use if it had grooves in it, but still a great product.

Having used wire brushes on bbqs for years I found a bristle came dislodged on the grill rack, leading me to look for a bristle free alternative.This brush is quiet hefty and wide making short work of scrubbing the whole bbq, it’s not as effective as bristle brushes but I am confident no parts will fall off this brush and if it somehow did they would be quite large and obvious, making me feel a lot less likely to ingest unwanted metal parts.One tip is to dampen the brush coils before scrubbing a grill, the head fits perfectly inside a standard rectangle takeaway tub, this improved the cleaning, still not as good as bristles but a close enough compromise for food safety in my opinion
