Used these to tack individual cedar pickets to treated wood 2x4 runners on custom wood fence. Used these in a Ryobi narrow crown stapler and was very pleased. I intended to simply to tack the pickets up and in place, then follow up with additional stainless wood screws. However, the hold was so good and tight, I decided to hold off through fall and winter to see how they held through natural expansion and contractipn. Stainless staples went into materials with little difficulty. So far very happy with end result, good product.

The staples look good and were not damaged, but the case they came in was supposed to be used as a holster. It was shattered even though the shipping box was in good shape. The case can’t be used. In the shape it is the staples would all fall out. Otherwise this would have been a 5 star product.

The staples are perfect and the maximum length for a Milwaukee M18 stapler. The box is almost guaranteed to break with the slightest impact - Would be great if they went with a different type of plastic that would hold up to the standard wear and tear of a typical toolbox or an Amazon delivery.

These work in any stapler that 1/4" crown staples work in. I'm using an inexpensive Harbor Freight air stapler with no issues. They are stiffer than standard staples and haven't curled up and died when hitting a knot in the wood. I'm attaching ceder to treated lumber and expect the staples to outlast the wood.

the listing clearly shows grip rite staples. the description lists the product specifically as grip rite staples in a plastic container with belt clip. In the past we have repeatedly ordered these staples without a problem. on our last two orders we have received another brand as a substitution. our experience is that the substitute staples are not as good as what was ordered, if these are going the be the new norn they should change the ad to reflect this.

Really like having the staples so close with the belt clip box. Will definitely purchase again. I don’t consider my next observation as part of the star rating, but the actual belt clip box was cracked and broken to the point of worthless. I got 1.5†and 1.25†lengths so used the one that was fine and life goes on. The shipping was minimal, a first Amazon, best I can tell - they usually have more packaging than less - guess we see why now!

Most people use galvanized (even worse, electro-galvanized) fasteners for outdoor applications. Galvanization is just a coating, hot dipped is better and seems to last much longer, I would say its the bare minimum for outdoor applications. All that being said, use stainless steel. It will never rust unless its subject to extremely salty conditions (in which case you can a different combo, not 304).These work well, didn't have one jam, quality fasteners.

Can't find 11/2 anywhere near me. They fill the gap 11/4 staple to 2 nail.

This is a good quality product that functions well in my Porter Cable narrow crown stapler. I use it for detail outdoor work with pressure treated wood - thus the need for stainless steel. My only complaint is the price relative to quantity. Given their cost, one would expect to be provided more staples (it's almost as if the manufacturer knows this, as the packaging clearly has room for more staples, given the amount of extra space contained within it).
