First I was very impressed that it was delivered the same day as I ordered it!! Wow! My other ‘freebee’ light finally bit the dust (solder joint corroded) so I saw this and spontaneously ordered it. It came later the same day. Excellent. I ordered two and was so glad I did.These lights are, well, perfect. Small and so lightweight they will easily stay attached on a paperback novel. Operated by the one push button - so simple.BUT the real plus are the multiple settings available. Ok, it’s LED but there is a setting for an ‘orange’ type light that is warmer and less fatiguing than the bright ‘blue’ light of LED as we know it. The blue is still there but the orange is like the old style filament and much easier on the eyes if you wish it. It’s more restful than some regular lights. You can still have the bluer and brighter light as well, OR also combine the two in a full-on setting. Nice!And then on top of that, by holding the button you can gradually DIM the light intensity as well on all settings if it proves to be too bright, so you really have as much flexibility as you’re likely to need. When you switch it off It also stays on that setting until you change it again which is kinda nice.I read it lasts 80 hours on a low setting which is almost enough to get through “War and Peaceâ€. lol.The internal battery is charged by a micro USB socket, much like the iPad socket. Nice!! I hated buying batteries. It charges very quickly and there is a red light which changes to green when fully charged on the side of the until. Added to that is an LED display of 4 lights, each incrementally measuring the battery charge left.The neck is FULLY adjustable and moves very easily. Even the clamp has had some thought behind it and features a kind of hinge which presumably allows it to fit different size books more easily.I can’t think of a single thing it could improve on so I really recommend this item.I small tip is to use the thicker section of a paperback novel to support the light or you’ll have problems with stability. It makes a good bookmark as well as it’s so unobtrusive and light.I am very pleased with this purchase and recommend it for any book enthusiast.

You need this light! It is much more than only a book light. The clamp can be used as a stand allowing this to act as a small lamp, or the clamp (which opens about 1.5 inches) can be clipped to all sorts of things like shelves, vases, etc.The lamp is simple and intuitive to use. It only has one button. Depressing it once turns on the light, there are 3 color choices; default is a daylight tone. Briefly depressing the button will cycle through all the options, a colder, bluer tone or a yellower tone are also available choices. Once the desired light color is selected, the brightness of the light is adjusted by depressing and holding the button down. The light will dim or brighten.While this makes a great book light, this light would also be a great addition to an emergency kit for power outages. It provides a good amount of light, the battery seems long lasting, and it’s easily recharged via house current, in the car, or by a power bank.This is a well made, quality light. I purchased several and gave away as Christmas gifts.

This is my favorite of multiple little reading lights we have, and the long arm on it is perfect for adjusting on a book. The shades of light are great, and very functional, and the quality is excellent. The battery power is really long-lasting, and it plugs in when needing recharge. Great price!

This little light has been great to have for late night reading or drawing. The battery life is pretty good and it's very convenient that it tells you it's battery life via the four blue dots on the the clip. I also like that it doesn't require batteries and that it charges with a USB Type-C cable. The neck is very flexible which is nice for getting the right angle, especially when it's clipped onto something else instead of my book or sketchbook. The clip is sturdy and has a wide mouth which makes it easy to clip onto larger books or objects. Overall I am very happy to have bought this light and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something like it. I have purchased three so far.

I've been using the Original Mighty Bright book light for many years now but the charging port just broke and though the light works fine, I can't charge it anymore. When I went to buy a replacement, I found that it was over $30! I didn't want to spend that much so I decided to go with this light. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and usability of this light. The 3 settings are great and the fact that you can dim it is also helpful. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it's actually too bright. I use it on the lowest possible brightness setting and it's still crazy bright in a dark room. My wife had the idea of taping some construction paper over part of it to make it dimmer. Other than that, it's a great light, especially for half the price of my previous one.

This is the best booklight I ever had . It has 3 different types of light , and within each of the 3 types of light it can be dimmed down or bright . Holds a charge for a long time and charges quickly . I got one as a gift , then bought one for a friend . Also it’s very light so it doesn’t add weight to my book . Nice strong clip so not doesn’t slip .

e suis absolument ravie de cette lampe de lecture ! Elle coche toutes les cases pour un usage pratique et agréable. Tout d'abord, son système rechargeable est un gros plus : plus besoin de piles, c’est économique et écologique. Ensuite, les trois types de lumière (chaude, froide et intermédiaire) sont parfaits pour s’adapter à différents environnements ou moments de la journée. Enfin, l’accroche est vraiment bien pensée, elle tient parfaitement en place, idéale pour lire confortablement sans être dérangée. Un achat que je recommande sans hésiter !
