Benchtop Wood Lathes – 8" to 14”
Our benchtop models are an affordable option for small-scale woodworkers, and they offer many of the same features as our larger lathes. With variable speed that allows you to easily adjust the RPMs, you can turn high quality pens, bowls, furniture spindles, or even decorative items.
These small but powerful machines also provide features such as interchangeable tool rests, up to 14" swing over bed, and extra-large knurled spindle and tailstock knobs for a tight grip.
Floor-Standing Wood Lathes – 14" to 16”
The next step up in size from benchtop, these lathes are ready to turn custom spindles, bowls, vases, and more! With swing over bed up to 16” and up to 42” distance between centers, these machines have the flexibility you need for daily turning operations.
Other notable features include easy-to-position headstocks, precision-ground steel beds and digital spindle speed indicators. One model even features a copy attachment to boost efficiency in the furniture production process.
Industrial Wood Lathes – 18" to 22”
These advanced lathes are widely used in construction, furniture, home decor, and musical instrument industries, as well as by artisans for custom pieces.
These machines include large work capacities, variable speed control, and powerful motors of up to 3 HP to handle larger and more complex woodworking projects.

Got this for my son as a gift and he loves it. He hasn't had to call tech support so I can't comment on that but this is a really well built tool at a reasonable price.

This is a great little lathe for the money. Runs true and is easy to use. I’ve made dozens of ducks calls, pens, bottle stoppers and more on this lathe and love it. The variable speed control is a great feature. Would recommend..!

It sure would be helpful if this lathe came with a drawing showing placement of the mounting holes.

First off, I was missing one of the wrenches that is supposed to come with the lathe, but I guess it didn’t matter because all of the tools included with it are made from cheap metal anyway. I broke the ramrod tool first time I used it. The lathe itself is the biggest piece of junk I’ve ever bought the tail stock is hard to turn, and you can barely turn anything on it without it stopping unless it’s really small like a pen. Overall bad product save your money and get a better lathe. I do not recommend this product

Have been arguing with grizzly for a month they tell me the items here. Tell me for a refund I need to send the item back. The item.. never came!
