I bought this to use with my new grounding sheet since none of the outlets in my bedroom are grounded. It was easy to figure out. I ran the wire through a window, and I was able to close the window completely with no problem.

Living in an old house I like relying on this for a clean ground rather than our electrical wiring. Cord is small enough to fit through a closed window, out of sight behind our couch. Extra long cord helps. Four stars because the benefit of a tiny cord also means it could easily be damaged if not careful.

A) Ease of use and ease of installation: This did not fit our grounding sheets. It had to be connected to another wire and attached that way.B) Quality: This is not 'pure copper' - this is aluminum with some smelly covering on it. The paper in the box says so.

Solid good quality rod but i wish they offer clip on end instead of joining end so i can clip straight on my mattress cover , also 40ft are way too long for most resident use i would rather bought 20ft but can't be found since no seller offer it.

Using this with my grounding mat over the month or so I’ve noticed my neck and shoulder pain (that’s I’ve had for over ten years) has gone down at least 50% if not more. Highly recommend giving grounding/earthing a shot if you have chronic pain

This product is the real deal.I used to ground with the electrical outlet. And at first it was good, but eventually the stay electricity got the better of me. I was getting heart palpitations.There is always a lil bit of electricity left in your ground wire as it runs along side the positive and negative.This product gives you the real authentic grounding experience.Exactly the same as being barefoot outside.And the wire is 40 foot longI live second floor in a condo.So im able to run the wire from very far to the bedroom and even have a splitter so i can grounding two spots in the condo from this grounding rod.I even live in a very cold climateAnd i can feel the grounding very powerful even though this is just 12inch longIts plenty.No need to have a 8 foot grounding rod, it's unnecessary.Highly recommend this productAnd i highly dissuade anyone who wants to ground from their electrical circuit!! Do not connect your body to the electrical circuitI guarantee its a totally different experience and unhealthy!!

I now sleep through the night and don’t wake inna panic state. Extremely impressed with grounding. Good product. I put the rod in the ground under my window. Ran the wire through my window to under my pillow. Then I put metal duct tape across my bed so I would sleep on it.

after many months of use I finally packed the mess of wires and sheet up and reclaimed my easy to care for living space. this did not work for me!
