I had seen a few articles about grounding and although it peaked my interest, I was still very skeptical. I did some research and decided to give this a try, since I have been having some trouble falling and staying asleep as well as experiencing some neuropathy type pain in my legs and feet. This sheet is not the least expensive, but also not the most expensive of the grounding sheets I researched. The size is more than ample enough to go across my king size bed and tuck in on either side. The cord is plenty long to reach from the bed to the nearest outlet as well. The sheet comes with a tester that easily lit up once the sheet was plugged into the grounding outlet. So after the first night I found I didn’t wake up nearly as many times as I had been! After using it nightly for the last three weeks, I can honestly say that it has made a considerable difference in my sleep as well as relieving the pain I’ve had in my feet and legs! I don’t know how or why it works, all I know is that it’s made a believer out of me! Even my older dogs gravitate to lying on it, so they must know something! I’m planning on getting another one for the bed in my camper and possibly even a small mat that I can keep my feet on while watching tv etc. Highly recommend this sheet for an economical alternative to try grounding for yourself.

I am always skeptical about claimed benefits, but I heard good things about the product so I purchased this product for me and my wife who has trouble sleeping at night. I also struggle with inflamed knees and really all of my body. After the first night of sleeping on this, I noticed a weird deep sleep, kinda scary. Obviously kept using the product and so far both my wife and I sleep like much better and I feel like I wake up with not tired like before. It is easy to use just slips right onto your mattress. I can tell a difference each morning. I wake up feeling better. It is comfortable. You don’t sweat. Great buy wish I would have bought sooner.It didn't solve all my problems... but I am sleeping deeper and longer. My dreams are deep and intense. I don't know what that means, but it’s true. It's definitely doing something.

I recently started using a grounding sheet and was surprised on how better I slept. In short, I'm sold on the tech and the benefits a grounding sheet provides. I'm not going to get into the tech of it all, partially because I just want to review the product quality and usability and partially because honestly I'm not totally sure how the tech works.I tried a different grounding sheet and was sold on the results but did not like the sheet. I ordered this BOVEREY grounding sheet to try and overcome some of the comfort and functional issues I had with the first "other brand" grounding sheet. This BOVEREY grounding sheet is a very soft fabric. Not the hot, sweaty rubber type fabric of the other sheet I tried. This sheet felt just like my normal sheets and sleeping on this was no hotter than without it. This sheet is also longer and tucked in under the mattress more securely, keeping it in place all night on my king size bed.Using this is very easy. Once laid out on the bed, I choose to place it across the bed at the knee area, you tuck the ends under the mattress on both sides. One end of the sheet had a place you can connect, in this case snap on, one end of the grounding cable. The other end of the grounding cable inserts into the grounding portion of a standard outlet. The cable provided is quite long and easily reached the outlet behind the bed. Once connected I tucked the cord in between the base and mattress for a clean look.I have slept on this for awhile now and again, totally believe in the grounding benefits. And, if you too what to feel the effects, this is a great grounding sheet to buy.

I ordered this grounding sheet on February 1st, 2025, and received it the very next day—just in time for bedtime. I was curious to see if grounding really made a difference, so I set it up (it’s more like a runner for the bottom of the bed) on top of our sheets but under the made bed, without telling my husband.My husband has diabetes and neuropathy in both feet, so I was particularly interested in whether this might help him. Our dogs were immediately drawn to it, especially our aging pup, who usually sleeps at the bottom of the bed under the covers anyways.After a few days, I casually asked my husband how he had been sleeping. He said he’d been sleeping deeper than usual. That’s when I revealed my little experiment! He agreed that it seemed to be making a difference. Now, after two weeks, we’ve also noticed that our older dog has a bit more mobility and energy—he doesn’t always need the stairs to get into bed like he used to!Personally, I feel like I’ve been sleeping deeper and sounder, which is a big deal since I have fibromyalgia. That’s the main reason I was interested in grounding, and I’m happy to say this product has exceeded my expectations.If you’re on the fence about trying a grounding sheet, I’d say it’s definitely worth it! It may not be a miracle cure, but for us, it’s made a noticeable and positive difference. Highly recommend!

Great value.These arrived as advertised. Work well on my queen bed. Would recommend to others. Sleep quality seems to be improving after 2 weeks of use.

I have been using this product for the last 3 weeks and definitely see a difference in my sleep. I have been sleeping much deeper and even been dreaming more since I have been using the grounding sheet. Nice material, don't even notice it while sleeping. Would recommend highly.

Item came quickly and was packaged well. We have used the item several times since we received it and have noticed a difference in how we feel. Has helped with sleep and cord is plenty long enough to attach to an outlet and keep it out of the way.
