Very nice product got it for my 10†x6†snare. Had to get used to it. Really sounds nice I’m glad I got this product. I was customizing my chip snare by Griffin which I order from Amazon. Replace to hoop with 2.3 hoop and replace wire 12 and also got Remo coated dot. now I’m going to change the lugs which I order all part from Amazon. Drum sounds Beautiful.

Easy to put on. Sounds great. Makes my drumming sound better and I won’t be breaking more sticks because if this great product.

I’ve always had issues with side sticking volume. One of the main reasons is I use Ahead sticks with the poly sleeves. They sound ok for the most part on the die cast batter hoop, but there was just always something missing.Enter this on my snare, and all is right in the world. Bolts on just great, fits in the snare case with no alteration and stays put even under heavy use.

No noticable rim sound difference than just the rim of the drum. Slightly more resonance but hardly worth the expense. Couldn't find the expansion kit to purchase to make it fit on my normal sized 16" snare, but luckily the poor quality manufacturing has a loose bolt, so I was able to drill a new hole and make it fit. I also chose not to return it and take the risk to modify it. It is designed for no bigger than a 10" drum. It does look cool though and makes a nice handle.

This is the second one I have purchased. They work great. Very nice click sound. Easy to install.
