Used for vent & worked surprisingly well on brick. Interior bricks seemed like a harder brick but for the price you can't beat it especially for a project or 2. I used both just to keep a sharp blade on either side of the wall. Only used a relatively small 6 amp sds drill & it did the job just fine.

Ordered the 110mm to put a hole through some 1†thick stucco on the side of the house to properly vent out a bathroom. It got the job done. Cut through the mortar, aggregate and steel mesh with no problem. Would buy again. Two things to be mindful of: when you let go of the switch, the head might just spin off so be careful. I had to catch it mid air and it tore up my bare hand. And two, be sure to tighten the center bit with a wrench real good. It came loose and fell out.

I don't often do reviews (i shouldnthiugh) butvfeelnthisnitem needs one.I bought this last November and have punished it on many occasions for air con holes, plumbing pipes etc and it has been great. Today i drilled through 250mm of concrete and as it turns out re-bar steel and althoug the metal slowed me down and i had to use a different tool the 65mm bit stayed sharp and didnt dull too much even after i forced it to bore on through the steel for 20 minutes.I cant recommend this enough.

This is a great idea and it does work well on concrete but the retaining screw for the pilot drill keeps unscrewing and the pilot bit keeps falling out! I tried loctite and teflon tape, it helped prolong the usage but the set screw still managed to loosen. Also, after some use you will need a Vice and Pipe Wrench to seperate the Hole Saw from the shaft to be able to change sizes or put it back in storage. The hammering action practically welds the Hole Saw onto the shaft thread. It would have been nicer if flat areas were included on the Shaft and on the Hole Saws so you can use wrenches but since there are none a Vice and Pipe Wrench is needed and it leaves the pieces looking destroyed.

Used this to drill through concrete to install a minisplit. Homedepot prices for the same tool are over $100 more. Awesome quality and great price. drilled 4" of concrete with a $99 corded hammerdrill from lowes.
